3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Pricing is provided in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is inclusive of GST where applicable.

Quotes are based on the information available at the time of assessment. If additional work is identified during a service that was not included in the original quote, we will advise you of any additional costs before proceeding. We will not carry out extra work without your approval.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

When you book a service with us, you are entering into an agreement for us to attend your property and perform the agreed work. We ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, weather events, or emergency call-outs. We will notify you as soon as possible and arrange an alternative time.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept payment via bank transfer, card, and other methods as advised at the time of service.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

All workmanship is carried out to a professional standard using quality materials. Where manufacturer warranties apply to products or parts we supply and install, those warranties will be passed on to you.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the ACL, including your rights to a remedy where services fail to meet consumer guarantees.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the cost of re-supplying the services or the amount paid by you for the relevant service, whichever is less.
